We are Bagthorpe Gardeners
, the charity which manages the site of the surviving Victorian allotments known as Bagthorpe Gardens.

Some of the gardens on the site are privately owned, and some are owned and managed by Bagthorpe Gardeners for letting as allotments.

We have workparties to maintain the communal parts of the historic Bagthorpe estate, social events and our big showpiece Open Day in September.
If you are interested in joining the waiting list for an allotment, or becoming a non-gardening member, please see the Waiting List FAQs page.

The site is enclosed between Hucknall Road, Haydn Road, Devonshire Road and the ends of Aubrey Road. You can see where we are on the map below.

Please note that we are not Bagthorpe Allotments which are on Heathfield Road behind the High School playing field.
